Ahead of the 2026/27 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season, Sporting Lagos, Inter Lagos, Doma United and Ranchers Bees have officially been inducted into the top flight following their promotion.
The four clubs participated in an orientation programme organised by the league body, where they were taken through key aspects of club licensing requirements and league operations as part of preparations for the new campaign.
The induction is aimed at ensuring the newly promoted sides understand the administrative, regulatory and operational standards expected of clubs competing in the NPFL.
Meanwhile, all 20 clubs set to feature in the 2026/27 season are expected to meet on Tuesday as preparations intensify ahead of the new league campaign.
The meeting is expected to address key issues concerning the upcoming season, including competition guidelines, club compliance and operational plans.
