The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially opened the player registration window for clubs participating in the first preliminary round of the 2026/27 CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup.
According to CAF, the registration period runs from August 1 to August 15, 2026, during which clubs must register all players eligible to feature in the opening preliminary round of both continental competitions.
CAF also reminded participating clubs to complete the registration process within the stipulated deadline to ensure their players are eligible for the first round of the tournaments.
