Nigerian midfielder Onuche Ogbelu has completed a permanent move to Libyan powerhouse Al Ittihad from Tunisian champions ES Tunis, signing a three-year contract with the club.
The deal has been finalized, with all necessary documentation completed, marking the beginning of a new chapter for the talented midfielder in Libya.
Ogbelu leaves ES Tunis after a successful spell with the Tunisian giants, where he established himself as one of the promising young Nigerian players on the continent.
The midfielder was also part of the ES Tunis squad that represented Africa at the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States, further enhancing his growing reputation on the international stage.
Al Ittihad will be hoping that Ogbelu’s energy, creativity, and experience at the highest level of African club football will strengthen their squad ahead of the new season.
