Nigeria’s sprint hurdler, Tobi Amusan, has officially secured her place in the 2026 Diamond League Final, which will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on September 4 and 5.
Amusan booked her spot in the prestigious season-ending event after accumulating 28 points from five Diamond League meetings during the 2026 campaign.
The former world champion has delivered a series of impressive performances throughout the season, earning enough points to finish among the top-ranked athletes in the women’s 100m hurdles standings.
Her qualification sets the stage for another opportunity to compete against the world’s best hurdlers as she aims to end the Diamond League season on a high in Brussels.
