Nigerian midfielder Peace Efih has completed a permanent transfer to Greek Women’s A Division club Panathinaikos.
Efih joins the Athens-based side from fellow Greek club OFI Crete, where she impressed with her performances.
The experienced midfielder began her professional career in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) with former champions Rivers Angels before moving to Bayelsa Queens.
Her career has also taken her across Europe, featuring for Spanish clubs Sporting de Huelva and Zaragoza CFF. She has also had spells with Israeli side Kiryat Gat and Portuguese club Braga.
The move to Panathinaikos marks another significant step in Efih’s career as she continues her journey in European women’s football.
