El Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri will take on Ikorodu City in the final of the 2026 President Federation Cup following impressive victories in their respective semi-final encounters on Wednesday.
The Borno State-based side secured their place in the final with a commanding win over Wikki Tourists of Bauchi, while Ikorodu City edged past Nasarawa United 4-2 on penalties after a closely contested semi-final clash.
The final will present a historic opportunity for Ikorodu City, popularly known as the Oga Boys, who will be appearing in the Federation Cup final for the first time in the club’s history.
For El Kanemi Warriors, it will be another chance to compete for the prestigious trophy, with the Maiduguri club reaching its second final in the space of two years.
