African champions D’Tigress of Nigeria have arrived in Berlin, Germany, ahead of the 2026 FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup.
The Nigerian women’s national basketball team received a warm welcome from Nigeria’s Ambassador to Germany, H.E. Ambassador Ita Enang, alongside officials of the Nigerian diplomatic mission in Berlin.
D’Tigress will now continue preparations in Germany as they gear up for the global tournament, where they will represent Africa after securing the continental championship.
The team will be hoping to build on their recent success and make a strong impression on the world stage.
