International Friendly: Super Eagles camp swells to 21 in Turkey

The camp of Nigeria’s senior national team, the Super Eagles, has grown to 21 players following the arrival of six more invitees on Wednesday in Turkey.

The team had earlier opened camp with an initial batch of players, with the latest arrivals boosting preparations ahead of the upcoming international friendly fixtures.

The Super Eagles are scheduled to take on Iran before facing Jordan in subsequent test games as part of efforts to fine-tune the squad.

The players currently in camp include:

Fisayo Bashiru, Alex Iwobi, Emmanuel Oluwasegun, Yira Sor, Paul Onuachu, Philip Otele, Semi Ajayi, Moses Simon, Francis Uzoho, Bruno Onyemaechi, Bright Osayi-Samuel, Frank Onyeka, Adebayo Adeleye, Ademola Lookman, Akor Adams, Chidera Ejuke, Raphael Onyedika, Igoh Ogbu, Maduka Okoye, Samuel Chukwueze, and Zaidu Sanusi.

More arrivals are expected as the technical crew continues to assess the squad ahead of the friendly encounters.
