Moses Simon, the Super Eagles winger, continues to shine for FC Nantes in Ligue 1, with a superlative performance.

The nominees for the December/January Goal of the Month award have been revealed, and Simon’s stunning goal is among the contenders.

His sensational solo strike in Nantes’ 1-0 win over Stade Rennes on December 8th earned him a spot on the list. Simon weaved past three defenders before blasting a powerful shot into the top corner, securing a vital victory for his side.

Other nominees include George Mikautadze (Lyon), Lucas Stassin (Saint-Étienne), Augustine Boakye (Saint-Étienne), and Maghnes Akliouche (AS Monaco).
