The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the Best XI for the just-concluded 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) held in Morocco.

Nigeria’s Super Falcons, who clinched the title after a thrilling 3-2 victory over the hosts, dominated the list with four players — goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie, defender Michelle Alozie, captain Rasheedat Ajibade, and forward Esther Okoronkwo.

South Africa contributed three players: Refiloe Jane, Karabo Dlamini, and Bambanani Mbane. Morocco had two representatives in Ghizlane Chebbak and Ibtissam Jraidi, while Ghana also had two players Grace Asantewaa and Portia Boakye  making the prestigious lineup.

Would you like me to make it more catchy for a sports headline (for news publication) or keep it strictly formal?
