Nigeria’s Flamingos top scorer Chidi Harmony has picked Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen and Norwegian attacker as her idols in football.
The FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup is to kick off on Wednesday and Flamingos of Nigeria are among the teams that will participate in the competition.
While speaking ahead of the opening game, Chidi named the two strikers as players she’s looking up to.
“My idols in male football are Erling Haaland and Victor Osimhen,” says Harmony.
“I love these two people so much because of the way they score, the way they deliver, their determination”.
“Even when others are not doing well, they will find a way to make it count”, she said
