U17WW/Cup: Flamingos arrives Dominican Republic

Ahead of their camping exercise for the upcoming U17 FIFA Women’s World Cup, Nigeria’s Flamingos has landed in Dominican Republic.

The team under coach Bankole Olowookere departed the shore of Nigeria on Wednesday for their training tour.

The team arrived in Santo Domingo the capital of Dominican Republic on Thursday afternoon and they quickly moved to their training camp.

They will spend 2 weeks on the training tour before moving to their designated hotel for the competition.

The Nigerian side are placed in group A alongside Ecuador, New Zealand and the host Dominican Republic.
