Last season’s top scorer in the Nigeria Premier Football League, Chijioke Mbaoma, has left the shore of the country for Libya.
The hardworking attacking was said to have joined the newly promoted side Heartland FC a few days ago.
The Libyan club Al Ittihad SC announced his arrival via its social media handle.
Mbaoma won the league’s Most Valuable Player last season after he netted 17 goals to ensure that Enyimba International finished in the 3rd position on the log.
