Following his retirement as a football player, Thiago Alcantara has joined the technical crew of the Spanish La Liga giant Barcelona.
The 33-year-old announced his retirement from the game at the end of the 2023-2024 English Premier League (EPL) season.
Thiago played under Hansi Flick during the 2019-2020 season when he played an active role in their treble-winning season.
The skillful midfielder who came through Barca’s famed La Masia academy will work under Flick during the pre-season.
