Super Falcons and UDG Tenerife forward, Monday Gift, is determined to help Nigeria reclaim the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title.
The prestigious biennial tournament is set to take place in Morocco this July. Despite falling short in the semifinals of the last edition, the Super Falcons remain one of the favorites to lift the trophy.
“The players are ready because we talk all the time. But it’s not just about mindset; preparation is key,” Monday told Punch correspondent.
“For me, with the right preparation and everything in place, we will be set to reclaim our crown.”
