National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) outfit North Carolina Courage have confirmed the signing of Super Falcons forward Chioma Okafor.
Okafor joins the club on a three-year deal, with an option for an additional year.
The 22-year-old penned her first professional contract after completing an impressive collegiate career at the University of Connecticut, where she scored 30 goals and provided five assists in 57 appearances across four seasons.
The talented striker now begins her professional journey in the United States with the Courage as she looks to continue her development on the big stage.
