Ademola Lookman has returned to Atalanta’s Zingonia training base after days of uncertainty surrounding his future.
The Nigerian forward, accompanied by his father and a close friend, arrived at the facility around 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 19. Reports indicate he had only just returned to Italy in the last 24 hours.
Lookman has begun training individually while awaiting clarity on his situation. Talks with Inter Milan failed to yield any resolution in recent days, prompting his return to Bergamo.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles winger is expected to face disciplinary action from Atalanta for his recent absence.
