Six Super Eagles players arrive early for Gabon clash

The Super Eagles’ camp for the 2026 FIFA World Cup African playoffs has officially opened in Rabat, Morocco, with six players already on ground ahead of Thursday’s crucial tie against the Panthers of Gabon.

According to team officials, the early arrivals include Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Samuel Chukwueze, Tolu Arokodare, Olakunle Olusegun, and Wilfred Ndidi.

The early birds are expected to undergo light training and recovery sessions while awaiting the arrival of the remaining players, who are scheduled to join the camp on Monday.
