Rudi Garcia has been appointed as Belgium’s new head coach after the dismissal of Domenico Tedesco.
The 60-year-old Frenchman brings a wealth of experience, having managed top clubs in France and Italy, including Lille, Roma, Marseille, and Lyon, as well as Saudi Arabian team Al Nassr.
Garcia’s most recent role was with Napoli, but he was let go in November 2023 after just 16 matches in charge.
Belgium, currently ranked eighth in the FIFA world rankings, will face Ukraine in the Nations League play-offs on March 20 and 23.
