Rangers are open to selling striker Cyriel Dessers during the January transfer window, with Serie A clubs Cagliari and Empoli reportedly interested.
It’s understands that while both clubs have shown interest, they have not yet made formal contact regarding a potential move for Dessers, who joined Rangers from Cremonese 18 months ago.
The 30-year-old, who is contracted until the summer of 2027, has started just two of Rangers’ last 10 league matches, being substituted at half-time in both.
Despite scoring 12 goals across all competitions this season, Dessers has seen his playing time diminish, with Hamza Igamane and Danilo now ahead of him in the striker pecking order.
