The manager of the Scottish Premier League club Rangers Phillipe Clement has expressed concerns about the injury sustained by the Nigeria’s Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun.
The Nigerian International was subbed in the 19th minute against St Mirren on the Boxing Day.
The coach made it clear that he’s not certain about the nature of Balogun’s injury.
“I don’t know yet, to be honest , the coach responded when asked about the nature of the defender’s injury”.
“I didn’t have time to speak about that, I had other things to speak about in the half time and after the game also’.
“So I didn’t ask that one because I know the doctor will say he needs to make an assessment tomorrow, so we will focus on that”, he said.
