In a significant shift ahead of the 2025-26 season, the Premier League has revealed its new official match ball, designed by Puma, marking the end of a 25-year collaboration with Nike.

This change introduces a new era for the league, as Puma takes over from Nike—the supplier since the early 2000s. The new Puma ball will debut during the Premier League Summer Series in the United States this July, offering fans a first look before the season begins on the weekend of August 16.

According to the Premier League, the new ball features 12 equally sized panels for balanced weight distribution, improved aerodynamics, and enhanced shape retention. Wider and deeper seams are also incorporated to boost the ball’s flight performance and durability.
