Southampton secured an important win in the English Premier League on Saturday, overcoming Ipswich Town after a string of tough losses.
Super Eagles duo Joe Aribo and Paul Onuachu were key to the Saints’ success, each scoring a goal. Aribo gave Southampton the lead in the 21st minute, but Ipswich’s Liam Delap quickly leveled the score.
Onuachu, however, struck in the 87th minute to clinch the win, sending Southampton back to winning ways.
Aribo has now scored three goals this season, while Onuachu has netted twice for the Saints.
