Nigeria international and Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen continued his impressive form by netting his 21st league goal of the season in a 2-0 victory over Samsunspor on Friday.
Yunus Akgun opened the scoring for Galatasaray in the 14th minute, giving the home side an early lead.
Just a minute into the second half, Osimhen doubled the advantage with a deft chipped finish, sealing the win for Okan Buruk’s side.
The 26-year-old’s latest goal puts him at the top of the Turkish Super Lig scoring chart, ahead of Istanbul Basaksehir’s Kristof Piatek, who has 19 goals.
