Galatasaray lifted their first trophy of the season on Wednesday evening with a commanding 3-0 victory over Trabzonspor in the Turkish Cup final.
Nigerian striker and Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen stole the spotlight, netting twice to secure the win for the Red and Yellow.
The match began with an early breakthrough as Yilmaz found the back of the net in the 6th minute. Osimhen doubled the lead just after the break in the 46th minute, and sealed the win with his second goal in the 63rd minute.
Galatasaray now have a chance to complete a domestic double, needing a win in their upcoming league match to claim a second trophy this weekend.
