Ahead of the draw for the table tennis event of the Olympic Games, the head coach of Team Nigeria table tennis, Segun Toriola, is hoping to get a favorable draw.
While speaking to the press on the team’s arrival in Paris, the Olympian said getting a good draw would go a long way in propelling the team.
” First of all, in table tennis, we have to see the draw before we can predict what is going to happen.
” We have chances because Aruna Quadri is in good shape and trains very hard.
” During our training sessions, we have been training intensively and people have been watching us.
” We hope the draw will favor us because it’s not easy; we are hoping the draws will be in our favor,” he said.
