Barely a week to the start of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, public transport and metro has suffered a massive increments.

The French capital has decided to increase public transport prices for the Olympic Games.
A single ticket now costs 4 euros, almost double the old price of 2.15 euros.
According to the authorities in Paris, the residents of the city will not be affected by the price increases.
The costs for annual and monthly subscriptions remain the same. Paris expects 10 million visitors in the coming weeks.
Instead of single tickets, tourists can also buy day tickets for 16 euros or a weekly pass for 70 euros .
With this, they can also travel in the region around Paris, including Charles de Gaulle International Airport.
The price increases apply until September 8, 2024.
