Team Nigeria 800 meters star Edose Ibadin has expressed his excitement to represent Nigeria at the upcoming Olympics.
Ibadin is the current national record holder with arime of 1:44,65 he set in 2023 and he has also represented Nigeria at the African Games.
“I’m really excited to represent Nigeria in the 800m at the Olympics.
It’s the biggest achievement of my career.
“I hope that my participation will inspire other Nigerians to take up the challenge in the 800m at the World Championship and the Olympic Games.
“I don’t want it to end with me”, he said.
