The dismal outing of Team Nigeria in the ongoing Paris Olympic Games continued on Saturday morning as swimmer Adaku Nwandu crashed out.
Since the start of the games, Team Nigeria has continued to produce inconsistent performance in every area of the games.
On Saturday morning, competing in the women’s 50-meter swimming freestyle, Adaku came in 2nd, getting to the line in a time of 26.62, just behind Elizaveta Pecherskikh, who won the race in a time of 26.26s.
The result means that the 16-year-old has crashed out of the event as the time was not enough to take her to the final.
