Team Nigeria’s Long jumpers on Wednesday made history in Paris as three of them zoomed into the final of the event.
Representing Nigeria, the trio of Ese Brume, Ruth Usoro and Prestina Ochonogor lived up of the expectations.
It was Brume who came out top among the 3 of them with a jump of 6.76m and Usoro in second position with a jump of 6.68m.
Ochonogor was in 3rd with 6.65m and made it the first time Nigeria will have 3 jumpers in the final.
Team Nigeria is among the 12 finalists who will compete for medals in the final.
