Okoye apologizes to Udinese fans over Inter game

Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Udinese goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has apologized to the fans of the club following the club defeat to the champions Inter Milan.

The San Siro giant defeated Udinese 2-3 last weekend with the Nigerian International partly to be blame for the first goal.

Okoye has been a pivotal player for the club since last season and has also made headlines for the club this season.

Ahead of the weekend game, the young goalkeeper appealed to the club fans via his Instagram handle.

“Sorry,” wrote the goalkeeper

 

Okoye is expected to be in goal again this weekend when Udinese face Lecce.
