Following their scoreless draw against El Kanemi Warriors, the head coach of Rangers International Fidelis Ilechukwu has expressed his disappointment about the game
The reigning champions failed to utilized the numerous chances that came their way allowed the game to end in a draw.
The soft-spoken gaffer was not happy about the game but insisted that they have to forge ahead.
” Today’s game is one of our worst game we have played in this stadium and I’m sad about it.
We have our game plan but sometimes, football is funny, things will not go the way you planned it.
We have to plan our way forward and forget about the game
Today, we did less than what people are expected of us and we are not going to kill ourselves because it, we have to forge ahead”, he said.
The game played at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium was the opening game of the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
