Following strings of poor results from the ongoing season, the coach of Bendel Insurance Monday Odigie has resigned his appointment.
Odigie has been the coach of the team in the past 4 season and helped them back to the elite division and to win the Federation Cup.
The Benin-based side has endured a difficult start to the 2024/2025 Nigeria Premier Football League season.
Odigie tendered his resignation letter to the club secretary Charles Ihikmekpen and no reason was stated for his departure.
Bendel Insurance has only garnered 12 points in 12 games this season.
