With 72 hours to the official opening of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, the Nigeria Olympic Committee ( NOC) has released the names of Team Nigeria leaders.
NOC via its press officer Tony Nezianya released a statement on Tuesday morning naming women’s Hurdles star Tobi Amusan as the flag carrier of the country.
He further named Tennis star Anuoluwapo Opeyori as the captain of the Team Nigeria.
Opeyori won the African Championships and African Games in the singles event in 2019 and also competed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
