Super Eagles forward Terem Moffi has revealed how undergoing ACL and meniscus surgery left him frustrated during a difficult spell at OGC Nice last season.
The Nigerian striker was limited to just five Ligue 1 appearances, scoring once before an injury ruled him out for about eight months.
Reflecting on the experience via his official Instagram page, Moffi thanked the club’s management and medical staff for their support throughout his recovery journey.
“Getting an ACL and a meniscus surgery has to be top of the list. Those were difficult times,” Moffi wrote.
“I accepted it and took it day by day—even though some days were frustrating. I had good people around me, and my faith helped me a lot.”
