Several Ligue 1 clubs have expressed interest in OGC Nice striker Terem Moffi ahead of the January transfer window following growing uncertainty over his future at the club.
Moffi’s situation has been unsettled after he was recently attacked by sections of Nice supporters, an incident that has reportedly affected his standing within the team. The Nigeria international has not featured for Les Aiglons since the incident and has been ruled out of Thursday’s UEFA Europa League clash against Sporting Braga.
According to French football insider Mohamed Toubache-Ter, multiple Ligue 1 sides are closely monitoring the 26-year-old forward’s situation and are preparing potential moves when the transfer window opens.
Despite his current struggles, Moffi has made 10 league appearances for Nice this season, scoring two goals. He joined the club from fellow French side Lorient in January 2023 and remains one of the league’s notable Nigerian forwards.
With January approaching, his future at the Allianz Riviera now appears increasingly uncertain as domestic interest continues to grow.
