Juventus have officially parted ways with Thiago Motta, dismissing him less than a season into his tenure as first-team manager.

The 42-year-old has been replaced by Igor Tudor, who will be responsible for securing a top-four finish in Serie A—a crucial objective for the club’s Champions League qualification and financial stability.

A club statement confirmed the decision:

*”Juventus FC announce that Thiago Motta has been relieved of his duties as Men’s First Team coach.

The club would like to thank Thiago Motta and his staff for their professionalism, passion, and dedication over the past months. We wish them all the best for the future.”*

The statement also confirmed Tudor’s appointment, with his first training session set for Monday, March 24.

Juventus currently sit fifth in Serie A with just nine matches remaining. Motta had joined the club following an impressive 2023-24 season in charge of Bologna.
