The Russian Football Union has confirmed the venue for the much-anticipated international friendly between the senior national team and Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
The match is scheduled for Friday, June 6, at the iconic Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.
This encounter will mark the first-ever meeting between the two nations at senior level.
Russia last played at the Luzhniki Stadium on September 1, 2021, during a 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Croatia.
