The match will be staged at the Shell Energy Stadium in Houston, Texas, USA.
Nigeria last featured at the venue on May 31, 2013, when they drew 2-2 with Mexico in another friendly encounter.
For Venezuela, this marks a return to Houston for the first time since March 24, 2024, when they were held to a goalless draw by Guatemala.
It is worth recalling that the Super Eagles claimed a 3-1 victory over La Vinotinto the last time both nations met in a friendly, on November 14, 2012.
