The 2024/2025 Turkish Super Lig season continued on Friday with Trabzonspor facing Kasimpasa.
The game played in Trab was keenly contested and it ended in a 2-2 draw.
Cafu put Kasimpasa ahead in the 38th minute from the penalty and put them in firm control of the game going into the halftime.
Trabzonspor came back stronger in the second half with the introduction of the Super Eagles forward Anthony Nwakaeme.
Simon Banza leveled the game for the host in the 79th minute before Nwakaeme made it 2-1 in the 81st minute.
Nuno restored parity for the away side as the game ended 2-2.
Nwakaeme returned to action for the former champions after spending a few weeks in the treatment room.
