In January 2022, Mason Greenwood was charged with, among other things, attempted rape and assault of his ex-girlfriend.
The former Manchester United player was arrested by police but the investigation was later dropped.
Greenwood was sold last summer to Marseille in Ligue 1 and could now be on the verge of making another switch.
The 22-year-old, who has made one international appearance for England, wants to play for Jamaica.
