Following his indecent behavior, Nigeria’s Super Eagles and Olympique Lyon striker Gift Orban has irked the fans of the club.

Lyon played a 2-2 draw against Auxerre on Sunday and Orban who was not on the selection congratulated Sinaly Diomande who scored the equalizer on his social media.

His action didn’t go down well with the fans of the club despite deleting and apologizing to the club

” Great”, followed by two fire emoticon”, Orban wrote before deleting.

“I’m sorry, OL fans. That comment was just to support my friend. I didn’t even see that it was a picture of the match against us. We work hard to win matches and trophies. I’m sorry,” he apologized.

Whether the fans of Lyon will forget him, remains to be seen because he has not yet been able to convince the French fans with his performances on the field.
