FIFA on Thursday released the latest ranking and expectedly World champion Argentina remained top on the table.
The South American giant is currently the holder of the Copa America and despite suffering a defeat to Colombia in the last World Cup qualifier they still stay on top with 1889.02 points.

Spain, England and Brazil completed the top 5.
In Africa, the Atlas Lions of Morocco dropped one spot to stay 14th in the World and top on the continent and the Teranga Lions of Senegal are 21st in the World and 2nd in Africa.
Despite having a decent results in the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier against Benin and Rwanda, the Super Eagles of Nigeria remained 39th in the World and 6th in Africa.
