Turkish Super Lig club Fenerbahce has opened contract extension discussion with the Nigeria’s Super Eagles defender Bright Osayi-Samuel.
The Nigerian International joined the Turkish side in 2020 from the English championship side Queens Park Rangers.
Following his decent performance last season, several top European clubs approached Fenerbahce for his signature but nothing concrete came out of the discussion.
His current contract set to expire next month and the club hierarchy has decided to commence negotiations for a new improved deal
Osayi-Samuel is presently down with injury and is expected to be back in the squad very soon.
