Former Super Falcons head coach, Randy Waldrum, has been named among the latest inductees into the prestigious United Soccer Coaches Hall of Fame.
Waldrum joins Craig Ewing, Steve Sampson, and Al Miller as members of the Class of 2026, who will officially be honored during the 86th annual United Soccer Coaches Convention scheduled for January 12–17, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
With a coaching career spanning more than four decades, Waldrum has built a lasting legacy developing elite collegiate programs, nurturing world-class talent, and guiding national teams at the highest level.
The 69-year-old American was appointed as head coach of Nigeria’s Super Falcons in October 2020 and led the team to an impressive Round of 16 finish at the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
He stepped down from his position in September 2024, citing personal reasons related to his wife’s health.
