Arsenal won their first Premier League victory in over two months on Saturday, the team of coach Mikel Arteta was too strong for Nottingham Forest with a 3-0 win.

Arsenal were determined to finally win again in the English league in their own Emirates Stadium and that was clearly visible in the opening phase. After a disallowed goal by Jurriƫn Timber Bukayo Saka opened the score after fifteen minutes. He did that after a beautiful action.

Saka was also at the basis of the decisive 2-0 just after the break. The right winger passed the ball wide to the unmarked Thomas Partey, who then scored with a long-range shot, later in the game Ethan Nwaneri made it 3-0.

Brentford FC could only manage a goalless draw against Everton, Kenny Tete lost with Fulham to Wolverhampton Wanderers 1-4 and Lamare Bogarde and Ian Maatsen took a point with Aston Villa against Crystal Palace 2-2.

Chelsea won 1-2 at Leicester City with goals from Nicholas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez.
