The former coach of the Nigeria’s Super Eagles Jose Peseiro has insisted that midfielder Fisayo Dele-Bashiru has the qualities to cope with the rigour of the Italian Serie A.
The skilful midfielder joined the Serie A giant Lazio this summer on loan from the Turkish Super Lig club Hatayaspor.
Since his arrival, he has been able to proved his mettle and scoring vital goals to propel the team.
“His qualities had struck us a lot when we were looking at the players eligible for the call-up.
“He is demonstrating his value, while still adapting to the demands of Italian football and Lazio”, Peseiro said.
