The 27-year-old Briton knocked out fellow Briton Anthony Joshua in the fifth round at a packed Wembley.
Joshua was knocked down once in the first round, and after that, it was a one-sided fight.
Dubois dominated and Joshua, who was knocked down again in the third round, had no answer to his relentless power.
