Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) manager Luis Enrique made history on Saturday night by matching Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola’s record of winning the treble twice.

Enrique guided PSG to a dominant 5-0 victory over Inter Milan in the Champions League final in Munich, completing a historic treble-winning season. The French giants had already secured the Ligue 1 title and the French Cup earlier this campaign.

With this achievement, Enrique becomes only the second manager in football history to win the treble on two separate occasions.

The 55-year-old previously accomplished the feat in 2015 with Barcelona, leading a star-studded squad featuring Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Luis Suárez to triumphs in the Champions League, La Liga, and Copa del Rey.

The only other manager to have reached this milestone is Pep Guardiola, who won the treble with Barcelona in 2009 and repeated the achievement with Manchester City in 2023.
