The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the list of referees for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers across the continent.
For the crucial encounter between Rwanda and Nigeria, Moroccan referee Jayed Jalal has been appointed as the center referee. The match will take place at the Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.
Jalal will be assisted by fellow Moroccans Mostapha Akarkad (Assistant Referee I) and Hamza Nassiri (Assistant Referee II).
Rwanda currently leads the group with 7 points from 4 matches, while the Super Eagles find themselves at the bottom of the table with just 4 points.
